Senior Vice President, Candidate Development and Strategy
McKenna Cyphers is Vice President of Candidate Development and Strategy with Carlsen Resources, Inc. (CRI), responsible for recruiting and developing executive candidates for client companies.
McKenna joined CRI with a background in media and a deep understanding of the new talent marketplace and changing workforce requirements. Before joining CRI, she managed affiliate sales for Participant Media. Her client focus, collaborative approach, and innate ability to recognize potential in others enable her to uncover up-and-coming talent, deliver exceptional candidates to meet each employer’s unique culture and needs, and support long-term success for clients and candidates.
She builds strong relationships and is tireless in her pursuit of the ideal person for each position. McKenna’s results speak for themselves. She enthusiastically endorses CRI’s diligence and high-touch approach.
A Colorado State University graduate, McKenna holds a BA in Journalism and Media Communication with a Business minor. She lives in New York City, where she enjoys yoga, reading, and playing with her rescue dog, Pippa.
