As the Managing Director of our Central London offices, Justin Rallis leads and manages complex executive search and consulting assignments for the best organizations in media, entertainment and technology worldwide.
Justin joined Carlsen at the company’s inception in 1989 and has been instrumental in building its business, reputation and track record of excellence ever since. His industry roots, knowledge and connections run deep, as does his commitment to finding the hidden and best talent on behalf of our clients. Justin was instrumental in the creation of the L. Patrick Mellon Mentorship program, now housed by National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), and proves his commitment to diversifying the industry one placement at a time. He embodies true partnership and an unmatched commitment to providing superior service to our clients and candidates. He has done literally every job at Carlsen, while simultaneously engaging the company’s growing roster of clients as a senior-level recruiter.
Justin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
